ALLTECH INVESTMENTS TERMINATED ITS PARTICIPATION IN BLACKSPACE AND TK GEO RESOURCE PROJECTS

Our senior leadership team has worked together for more than a decade, combining investment skills and experience across asset classes.

ALLTECH Investments has fully exited from two projects: Blackspace (coal and ferronickel production in Indonesia) and TK Geo Resource (gold production in Kyrgyzstan).

Blackspace’s main focus is production of ferronickel applying exclusive technology. Projects suggested construction of new infrastructure and social development of the regions of operation. Company's project pipeline also included geological exploration and development of manganese.

TK Geo Resource is gold mining project in Kyrgyzstan. In 2016 the company started production of gold at Kurandy field and launched its own enrichment plant. Moreover TK Geo Resource hold 4 exploration licenses for the nearby gold fields in the Chui region.

ALLTECH Investments decided to focus on development of new promising assets.

Matra Petroleum AB

Oil and gas exploration and production in the USA

Alltech Investments terminated its participation in the project in February 2020.

ALLTECH Investments had substantial holding in Matra Petroleum AB - an independent oil and gas exploration and production company operating in the United States.

Matra Petroleum owned and operated 136 leases located in the Texas Panhandle region. Proven reserves amounted up to 22.9 million barrels of oil equivalent.

Alltech Investments terminated its participation in the project in February 2019.
